Subscriptions are automatically billed every 30 days to the payment method provided until canceled.

The billing frequency cannot be modified by customers.

We may use an account updater to automatically update your payment information if it changes.

Cancellation:

To avoid your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

To cancel, contact Customer Support at shopnoveradirect@gmail.com.

If your payment fails, we may contact you for alternate payment information. Unpaid accounts may be sent for collections.

By participating in the subscription program, you agree to automatic billing for each shipment or installment.

SHIPPING, DISPUTES, CLAIMS, CHARGEBACKS

Shipping times may vary and can take up to 30 business days due to holidays or unexpected events.

By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback or dispute within 30 business days of your purchase.

You agree to contact us first at shopnoveradirect@gmail.com for any payment issues before contacting your bank or payment processor.

If you follow the above process and your order fails to arrive after 30 business days, you may file a dispute or chargeback without liability.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS
