Subscription Policy

Subscriptions, Automatic Payment, and Cancellation

When you purchase a product from Novera, you may enroll in our 12-month subscription plan. If you enroll, your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days for a total of 12 months and be billed to the payment method you provided at checkout.

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Automatic Billing – Payments are processed every 30 days for 12 months and will be charged to your provided payment method until the subscription term ends or you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

Cancellation – You may cancel your subscription by emailing shopnoveradirect@gmail.com but cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before your next shipment. Canceling does not release you from remaining subscription payments within the 12-month term.

Failed Payments – If a payment fails, Novera may contact you using the phone number or email you provided to request updated payment information. Unpaid accounts may be sent to collections.

No Modifications – Customers cannot change the billing frequency.

Acknowledgment – By enrolling, you confirm that you understand and agree to recurring billing and the 12-month subscription commitment.

Disputes – Contact shopnoveradirect@gmail.com first if there is an issue before filing a chargeback.
